Opening hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Except Public Holidays)

Any test results are best followed up by booking a consultation with the doctor that ordered the tests. Even if the results are normal, this may require the doctor needing to follow up with further tests or a specialist referral, especially if you have ongoing symptoms.

It is recommended that follow up prescriptions are requested in consultation with a doctor. This gives the opportunity to discuss any possible side effects or any optimisation of dose that may be necessary. If appropriate, this can be done via a telehealth consultation and an Escript sent to your phone, or to the pharmacy of your choice.

If you have Covid and other respiratory infections including Influenza, sore throat, sinus, cough please call the clinic to discuss how best to provide you with a consultation with our doctors. As part of our commitment to protecting our staff and the other patients in our waiting room (who are possibly immunocompromised), we request that you make the reception staff aware of the fact if you are unwell in this way. The reception staff will then make you aware of our policy to decrease the risk of spreading your infection. Thankyou for your cooperation in this matter.

Telehealth Consultations are available in some circumstances. There are however some government regulations and restrictions surrounding telehealth consultations. Our reception staff are willing and able to answer any questions relating to whether a Telehealth Consultation is appropriate.

GP consultations are 100% bulk-billed as long as patients have a valid Medicare card or DVA card and as long as the Governments Medicare criteria are met. This includes most Clinic and Telephone/Telehealth consultations, mental health consultations, chronic condition management and care plans, health assessments, antenatal appointments and minor procedures. For some services a medicare item number does not exist or is not covered by the Governments Bulk Billing incentive program. There may be an out of pocket fee for these services. For example work medicals, commercial drivers licence medicals, some procedures and other non-Medicare services. These can be discussed on booking or a quote can be provided.

Yes all our Doctors are fully registered to treat DVA patients. Patients with a Gold or White DVA card are eligible for a wider range of services than are available via the Medicare System. Our practice is fully registered with DVA to give our Veterans access to these extra services.

All our doctors are registered to provide care and treatment for work related injury or illness.
